Richard Pinson of Team MillHan has had a tough season. He started the season ranked 3532nd after two season of no top finishes. Pinson has struggled this season and continues to slide further down the tour ranking. Now listed at 4655th, Pinson is finding it difficult to keep up his morale.
When asked about his performance as of late Pinson had this to say. "Its been really tough. I haven't had the rides that I am capable of having. I have the climbing skills to ride with the best, but haven't been able to stay with them on the big rides. I was picked up by Team MillHan to help them get results. My performance so far has been less than stellar. I hope to improve as we head into the last half of the year."
His body language says a lot about how he feels. The 33 year old rider is the oldest on Team MillHan. "He was brought in to impart wisdom and experience to the team. We hope he gets through this tough stretch and has a breakout ride soon." Team manager Deac Mill said when asked about Richards role on the team.
Although they haven't given up on Pinson yet, the team is becoming concerned with his racing condition. He is a strong climber but has failed to have any signifigant rides in the past two seasons. It wouldn't surprise us if he was released to find younger talent.
Team MillHan will be racing in the Lillehammer Chr and the Leigh Creek Climbs. Pinson was left out of the line up for the Leigh Creek Climbs.

Hey thanks! I appreciate the advice!
Let him ride a few races on Practise, so his DP doesn't get that low and his RS raises. A RS of 47 is the reason he doesn't score! Succes futher on!
